The staff here, especially Ms. Shay, turned my frustrating moments around, ensuring my family felt welcomed. Breakfast featured decent offerings, and the coffee pleased my palate. Be aware of the surrounding area, as safety can be a concern.

i loved the lobby area with the hot breakfast bar and fresh fruit available all day. the pool and hot tub were nice too! our room had a view of a cute outdoor courtyard, which added a lovely touch to our stay. the fitness center was also great with modern equipment.

During my stay, I loved that I was just a short walk from Wapato Park, perfect for scenic strolls, and I also enjoyed having several restaurants like Ichiban Teriyaki and Takos Koreanos within easy reach for quick bites after my explorations. it's great to have so many options right nearby. this hotel is great for those who enjoy weekend city strolls and visiting local landmarks.

the pool was not super clean and could use some upkeep. the coffee selection was great and breakfast had a lot of choices. I loved the hot tub after a long drive. staff was really welcoming too.
